Wellness Facilitation
An invitation to become more present with your body and your mind.
Most corporate wellness stops at the surface. This work creates space to go deeper — an invitation into greater presence.
What this is
Decades of embodiment practice, brought into the room
Facilitated sessions grounded-sm in decades of embodiment practice, combining breath, movement, stillness and nervous system regulation.
The work creates space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves and strengthen their ability to stay present when pressure, uncertainty or change enters the room.
Dani has delivered this work across studios, retreats and group settings, including with people who never imagined this kind of practice would be for them. Its relevance inside organisations is simple: presence changes how people listen, respond, communicate and lead.
Breath
Breathwork to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind and bring people back into their bodies.
Presence
Stillness and attention practices that strengthen how people listen, respond and communicate under pressure.
Movement
Gentle, accessible movement and embodiment that reconnects people to themselves and to one another.

Where presence meets belonging
Presence changes how people engage
Belonging is more than a leadership idea. It is something people experience. Before people contribute fully, speak openly or take a risk, they are already reading the room — the tone, the energy, the level of trust and whether there is space for them to show up as themselves.
Shared experiences like this can strengthen connection, deepen communication and help people become more present with one another. The impact reaches beyond wellbeing. It can shape how people engage, collaborate and contribute.
Private Sessions

Seventy five minutes. By appointment.
A gentle, hands-on modality. You stay fully clothed and lie down, and I hold a series of points on the head. There is nothing for you to do.
That is the part people find hardest. Most of us are far better at giving than receiving, and an hour spent only receiving is unfamiliar enough to be interesting.
What people come for
- More ease and a quieter mind
- Better, deeper sleep
- Greater clarity and focus
- An hour where nothing is required of you
